Some of our Services

* Please note individual results may vary. Results are not guaranteed.

Liposuction & Weight Management

Liposuction is a relatively safe and effective, minimally-invasive surgical procedure that definitively and effectively removes unwanted, excess body fat, which cannot be removed by diet or physical activity, from different sites on the body, thereby improving overall body contour*. Liposuction can be a part of Weight Management and Fat Transfer. Read more

Hair Restoration & Hair Transplants

Hair loss, no matter the kind, is a concern for men, women, and children. The surgical hair Transplant is one treatment available and can be a wonderful option for those who would like to regain the appearance of having a full, or fuller, head of hair*. For more info or to book an appointment, please contact us at CapeMAC.

Botulinum Toxin A (e.g. BOTOX®)

Botulinum toxin has the ability to reduce the activity of the muscles that cause those frown lines & other facial wrinkles that form as we age, thereby temporarily smoothing out the wrinkled effects of the skin*. It is a simple, superficial and almost painless injection administered by a trained Medical Doctor, into the area to be treated which then causes a temporary relaxation of the underlying muscles.

Early studies now indicate that Onabotulinum Toxin A not only induces temporary muscle paralysis to reduce skin wrinkles, but also stimulates increased skin elasticity and thickness – further adding to the wrinkle-reducing effects*.

Dermal Fillers

One amazing treatment available to help you look your very best! Dermal Fillers enhance your beautiful facial features by either highlighting them or by ‘toning down’ those lines and skin folds that inevitably appear with the progress of time*. Most popular Dermal Fillers are composed of a substance called Hyaluronic Acid.  Read more

Chemical Skin Peels

A chemical skin peel is a medical procedure, the resurfacing of the skin, which involves the controlled application of certain chemical solutions to the skin in order to remove dead skin cells and stimulate the production of new cells, resulting in a younger, healthier appearance and smoother texture of the skin. Patients can feel their best again, while getting their skin tone, healthy glow and confidence back*. CapeMAC offers the Obagi Blue Peels® range, PCA skin peels, md:ceuticals peel range, Neostrata peel range. Go to peels.

Laser and Light based Skin Treatments

At CapeMAC, we utilise both IPL and LASER based equipment for specific treatments which have been shown to be effective in treating the different skin problems that present to medical aesthetic practices. Dr Manoj Bagwandeen will carry out a full assessment of your skin type and the extent of your skin-related problems and suggest which form of treatment will best facilitate the desired outcomes*.

Skin Micro-needling (DermaRoller) Procedures

Skin Micro-needling is a safe, convenient and highly effective procedure which naturally stimulates the body to increase collagen and elastin production in the treated skin area, thereby improving surface texture, tone and elasticity of skin*. The numerous microscopic channels caused by the tiny needles penetrate down to the various levels of the skin structure.

Varicose Vein / Spider Vein treatments (Sclerotherapy)

Spider veins are very small, abnormally dilated and superficial blood vessels which appear unsightly, but usually cause no physical problems. Occasionally they may cause some irritation, discomfort and itching. They are red/blue in colour, often look like tortuous worms and lie just under the dermis of the skin. Varicose veins are similar in nature, but are the larger and more prominent veins also seen just under the skin and especially in the lower parts of the body.
